There’s one family in St. Louis that has cooked for every President since Ronald Reagan.  Of course you know Giovanni’s on the Hill, a landmark in St. Louis and Italian cuisine.  Now Giovanni’s sons, Frank and Carmelo are creating their own legacy at Il Bel Lago in Creve Coeur.  Carmelo greets you at the door and Frank prepares his homemade pasta that will keep you coming back for more.  Oprah loves Frank’s pasta.
