The first time I saw Tawny Kitaen she was wearing ripped up clothes on the cover of a Ratt album. I thought she looked hot, but, it got better. One day while watching MTV (back when the network actually aired music videos) there she was slithering around the hood of a Jaguar. It was Whitesnake's "Here I Go Again" video. It was at that moment I decided I needed a bigger TV.
Tawny went on to co-host America's Funniest People with Dave Coulier and was a star of The New WKRP in Cincinnati. She appeared in episodes of Seinfeld and Married... with Children.
Kitaen's marriage to Whitesnake's David Coverdale ended in 1991 and she dated the likes of Tommy Lee, O.J. Simpson, Jerry Seinfeld and Jon Stewart until she married baseball pitcher (former Cardinal) Chuck Finley in 1997. On April 1, 2002, she was arrested and charged with domestic abuse for attacking Chuck WHILE HE WAS DRIVING. Tawny reportedly kicked Finley with her high heeled boots and severely twisted his ear. Chuck filed for divorce three days later.
In November of 2006, Tawny was arrested and charged with possession of 15 grams of cocaine. She entered rehab one month later. As far as I know, she has stayed out of trouble since then.
Tawny Kitaen turns 47 today.
