Who put suds in our fountain?

A curious sight made one local newscast this morning. It appears someone poured detergent in the fountain outside of the ToastedRav.com global headquarters. It made for some pretty amusing video from a helicopter.

No word at this point on the culprit or culprits, but the supposition of the anchor about those "wacky radio people" sounds pretty good to me.

As of now the fountain is turned off, but there's still a sudsy mess inside. I wonder, who has to clean that up?
