1. Discovery

Our clients visit one of our four showrooms.  Often, they are far enough along in their decision making process to look for guidance for their kitchen or bath project.  It is our designer’s responsibility to DISCOVER both their wants and their needs.

Our expert designers will take all the time necessary to ask the right questions, listen, and DISCOVER all the information that will allow them to create a computerized drawing of the kitchen or bath. This will allow our customer to see the future unfold before their eyes during the next appointment.

This is one of the largest projects many families experiences in remodeling in their lifetime. At Signature Kitchen and Bath we pride ourselves in being good listeners and successful designers.

2. Design Consultation

During this step of the Signature 4 Step Process the client returns to our showroom for FREE consultation and design.

Our slogan at Signature is "We put our name on the line before you do!"

Simply put, it means that our clients get to know their designer and see the full scope of their project BEFORE they incur ANY costs.

3. On Site Visit

This is the step where we truly believe we separate ourselves from other companies. Signature Kitchen and Bath believes that the important element in any remodel is successful communication between the client and the craftsperson installing their beautiful new kitchen or bath. This is why the On Site Visit is so important!

During the On Site Visit the homeowner meets the person that will be working in their home for all the days necessary to project completion.  Measurements are double checked. Everything needs to fit just right.

Our production department proves each day that we make less mistakes when we “measure twice and cut once” for our clients. We are not perfect. However, the On Site Visit is the extra step that helps eliminate guesswork of any kind. Our clients tell us they truly appreciate this step in our process.

4. Implementation

The last step in the Signature 4 Step Process is the one that is exciting for the client and the designer as well as the installer. The homeowner has signed off on all the key design elements. The installer has made sure that any construction alterations or modifications have been noted. The homeowner then confirms the order for the work to be completed.

Now the Before Kitchen or Bath becomes the Past.

The Signature Kitchen or Bath remodeled project becomes the Future.

The Dream becomes the Reality.
