You aren't going to find wooden bunnies or raffia decorated signs here; this craft show is a handmade beast of a different kind. Every year our city's finest crafty ladies and gentlemen gather their goods, join hands with a swath of local bands and bring to you the Rock 'n' Roll Craft Show. Friday, Saturday and Sunday the Third Degree Glass Factory will be transformed into a crafty marketplace full of unique, handmade gifts made by local artists while shopping to a live soundtrack provided local musicians and DJ's.
Kicking off Friday, November 28, the Rock 'n' Roll Craft Show will feature goods from more than 120 craftisians ranging from jewelry and hats to clothing and house wares. Friday the show will host a "red carpet" event for shoppers. Friday's admission includes access to the VIP post-show party, demonstrations from exhibiting crafters, and goodie bags for the first 50 tickets sold. The day's soundtrack will be provided by live DJ's and a performance by Jessica Butler and Jesse Irwin at 3:45pm. Saturday your admission gets you seven hours of live music and shopping, including performances by power-pop punk rockers The 75's and rockabillies Devil Baby Freak Show. The final day of the show has a lineup that includes a Tenacious D Tribute Band and folk rockers Barefoot Jones.
The Fifth Annual Rock 'n' Roll Craft Show will be at Third Degree Glass Factory, . Crafters and bands will be rocking from 11am until 5pm on Friday and Sunday, and from 11am until 8pm on Saturday. Admission for Friday's Red Carpet event is $10, Saturday and Sunday $2 gets you in.
