Hungry for Toast? Well, you'll need to choke this down anyway...just pretend you like it. Here's what Hollywood's up to this week:
Tube Talk
Trouble may be a-brewin' for the elder stars of Jon and Kate Plus Eight. In Touch Weekly says the couple's experiencing marital difficulties, with Jon sneaking away to party with college gals near the family's new Pennsylvania home. Think he told the ladies about the wee bit of baggage he has waiting back at his pad?
Though Nickelodeon remained steadfast in their commitment to present accused girlfriend beater Chris Brown as a role model to children, the singer has pulled his name from the Kids Choice Awards ballot in light of his recent assault issues.
Holly Madison joined Dancing with the Stars this week as Jewel watched from the sidelines, injured knee and all. The former Girls Next Door starlette held her own on the dance floor, despite a shortened training session.
Star Gazing
Someone forgot to turn the microphone off for Britney Spears at a concert in Tampa. The pop singer thought she was in the audio clear and unknowingly let the entire audience in on her little wardrobe malfunction. Check out the clip.
Ryan Adams and Mandy Moore tied the knot. Perez Hilton says the two held a small ceremony in Savannah, Georgia, where the starlette married the fella who gets really pissed when fans confuse him with Bryan Adams.
Dr. Phil took a whack at exploiting OctoMom this week, holding a two-day special for her, where he offered advice on how to raise a giant brood of kids, though he's never done so.
Reel World
Race to Witch Mountain opens this weekend. Your kids are going to want to go see it. Which, once you see the flick, is going to make you regret ever having kids. The Rock is in this movie...need I say more?
If a cross-country road trip filled with crazy bachelor shenanigans is more your style, perhaps Miss March is up your alley. This one's about a few guys who hit the road to hook up with a girl after an unfortunate incident years back ruined a first attempt to do so.
I suppose it's about time for a Wes Craven remake, no?
Last House on the Left hits theaters to quench moviegoers' thirsts for a horror flick. As if the plot matters, it's about a young lady who falls into the destructive hands of a group of prison escapees. As you may guess, they do her quite wrong and her parents set out for vengeance. Good times!
