Pictures from the Seclusion Rooms At Francis Howell 2 » media.bonnint.net

While working on the RavByte I posted earlier about the padded time out rooms I contacted the Missouri Protection & Advocacy Services (the people who found out about the while thing) about the story. In response to my inquiry, they sent me an extended press release and photos they took of the padded rooms during their initial investigation. If you look at the picture attached to this Shout! you can see that the rooms were cleaned up and repaired for the channel 4 and 5 broadcasts. I couldn't keep this to myself, I know we are a light-hearted and entertainment based site but I would be remiss in keeping this to myself.

There were pictures with blood on the ground a rips in the padding, I am adding a few of the pictures here so everyone can see the whole story.

From the press release: "On January 13, 2009, the National Disability Rights Network (NDRN) unveiled a disturbing national report on seclusion and restraint in U.S. schools. The report shows an unsettling use of seclusion and prone restraint tactics, which have resulted in physical and emotional injuries as well as deaths, in schools affecting students from grades K-12. The report can be found online at www.ndrn.org/sr/SR-Report.pdf."
